A: Since it is established that the husband of (E.H.) divorced her three times, as mentioned in her question and in the attached document, she is not lawful for her divorcer except after she marries another man in a valid marriage. If the second husband separates from her by death or divorce, she becomes lawful for her first husband with a new contract and a new mahr, with her consent. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
