Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Does the hadith:
Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits and remembers Allah...
to the end of the hadith apply to women, especially since she prays alone at home and not in congregation?

The Shaykh : This hadith is reported in:
Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits in his prayer place and remembers Allah (Mighty and Majestic) until the sun rises, and then prays two rak'ahs after it has risen the length of a spear, his reward is like that of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah, complete.
.
Some scholars do not consider it authentic and regard it as a weak hadith. And even if it is authentic, it is intended for men only, because congregation is not prescribed for women. Thus, it is specific to those for whom congregation is prescribed, namely men. However, if a woman sits in the prayer area of her home and remembers Allah (Mighty and Majestic) until the sun rises and is raised the length of a spear, and then prays two rak'ahs, reward is hoped for her for what she has done.
It is well known that both the morning and the evening are times for glorification and the remembrance of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Allah the Exalted said:
(41) O you who have believed, remember Allah with much remembrance (42) And exalt Him morning and afternoon.
[Al-Ahzab 33:41-42]
.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
