If a man says to his first wife, "You have no night that pleases you, or I will divorce you," and she submits reluctantly, is there any sin on him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a man says to his first wife, "You have no night that pleases you, or I will divorce you," and she submits reluctantly?

The Shaykh : There is no blame if he has no desire for her and says to her, "If you wish, you may remain with me without a turn, or I will divorce you," for there is nothing wrong with that. Soudah bint Zam'ah (may Allah be pleased with her), the Mother of the Believers, gave her day to Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) because she had a purpose in doing so. Thus, this woman who agreed to waive her right to a turn and preferred waiving her right to a turn over being divorced has no blame on her, and there is no blame on her husband either. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah preserve you. This is the questioner.
