The questioner : Shaykh, is it correct to say regarding
for Allah does not get tired (of giving reward) but you get tired. فإن الله لا يمل حتى تملوا
Sunan Ibn Majah 4241Hasan (Darussalam)
what is said regarding ...
But they plan, and Allah plans وَيَمكُرونَ وَيَمكُرُ اللَّهُ
[Al-Anfal 8:30]
?

The Shaykh : No, because
And Allah plots وَيَمكُرُ اللَّهُ
is an affirmation; Allah affirmed plotting for Himself. Here, it is not explicit, because some scholars said it is not explicit in affirming tiredness; rather, it is explicit in denying tiredness before we get tired. But if we do get tired, is tiredness affirmed or not? Although the correct view is that the tiredness of Allah the Exalted is a tiredness befitting His majesty. So if a person gets tired of worship, Allah the Exalted does not reward him for that, and He gets tired, but with a tiredness befitting His majesty, Mighty and Majestic. We have taken three.

The questioner : Two.

The Shaykh : Two, okay.
