Explanation of the Book of Inheritance, Fixed Punishments, and Blood Money-04b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Asbagh ibn al-Faraj narrated to us, Ibn Wahb narrated to us, Amr informed me, from Ja'far ibn Rabi'ah, from 'Ira'q, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
Do not detest your fathers; he who detested his father committed infidelity. لا ترغبوا عن آبائكم، فمن رغب عن أبيه فهو كفر
Sahih Muslim 62
.

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: This chapter concerns the one who claims a father other than his own, seeking to elevate himself above his father by claiming this one as his father. In the pre-Islamic age of ignorance, they would affiliate themselves with the great tribes in order to take pride in them and boast of them. There were also claimants who claimed fathers other than their own, and Allah has invalidated that in His Book in His saying:
Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior. And He has not made your wives whom you declare unlawful your mothers. And he has not made your adopted sons your [true] sons. ما جعل الله لرجل من قلبين في جوفه وما جعل أزواجكم اللائي تظاهرون منهن أماتكم وما جعل أدعيائكم أبناءكم
[Al-Ahzab 33:4]
and He has invalidated adoption.
In these two hadiths there is a threat and a warning. As for the first, the warning in it is the prohibition of Paradise for him. It is known that for whom Paradise is prohibited, the Fire is obligatory for him, because in the Hereafter there are only two abodes: either this one or this one.
And the second is the ruling of disbelief upon him in his saying:
he who detested his father committed infidelity من رغب عن أبيه فهو كفر
Sahih Muslim 62
So his turning away is disbelief, and it is not absolute disbelief.
