What is the answer to the one who says that the cursing by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) of women who visit graves is intended to refer to those who do so frequently?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed women who visit graves. He means those who visit frequently, those who visit constantly.

The Shaykh : The Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) refuted this and said that the hadith is narrated in two forms: "zawwarat" (visitors) and "zawwarat" (visitors). The indication of generality in "zawwarat" involves an addition, because if we say "zawwarat" (those who visit a lot), it excludes those who visit a little. But if we say "zawwarat" (visitors) in general, it includes both those who visit a lot and those who visit a little, so there is an addition. Furthermore, "zawwarat" may be intended to mean the attribute of visiting rather than the intensity of it, like the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And your Lord is not ever unjust to [His] servants. وما ربك بظلام للعبيد
[Fussilat 41:46]
Here, what is denied is not the frequency of oppression, but the attribute of oppression being attributed to him. And a "zawwarah" (visitor) can be attributed to a woman even if she visits only once.
