Does the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), “May Allah curse the women who visit graves,” indicate frequent visits or visits in general?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned:
May Allah curse the women who visit the graves لعن الله زوارات القبور
Did he mean by that: women who visit frequently, or is it permissible to visit at long intervals?

The Shaykh : The hadith was narrated in two ways: the first way is:
Narrated Asma': (the daughter of Abu Bakr) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) has cursed such a lady as artificially lengthening (her or someone else's) hair or gets her hair lengthened. لعن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم زائرات القبور
Sahih al-Bukhari 5936
.
And the second way is:
May Allah curse the women who visit the graves لعن الله زوارات القبور
Both of them have a correct meaning.
As for the women who visit graves, this is considered with respect to each woman individually, and “women who visit” means: the category, and it is known that the category, if we look at their actions, becomes numerous.
And the correct opinion, without doubt, is that the woman who visits graves is cursed by this hadith, because the hadith is authentic, many scholars have cited it as evidence, and Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah spoke about it in the Fatawa with good words that a student of knowledge should review. And what came in the hadith of Aisha:
That the Messenger (may the prayer and peace of Allah be upon him) taught her what to say أن الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام علمها ما تقول
The meaning is if the woman went out not with the intention of visiting, but when she passed by the cemetery she stopped and prayed for them with the transmitted supplication, then she is not considered a visitor, because the visitor is the one who walks from his home or his place to the one being visited.
And the consideration remains regarding women visiting the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family): does it fall under this or not? Some scholars said: it falls under it, because that is called a visit by custom.
And some of them said: it does not fall under it, because the one standing outside the chamber has a building between him and the grave, three walls, so it cannot be said that he visited it. For this reason, if you pass by the walled cemetery, it is not said that you visited the cemetery, because there is a wall between you and it.
So the standing of the woman at the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is not called visiting the grave. For this reason, the jurists (may Allah have mercy on them) said: it is recommended to visit the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) even for women, but the precaution is that the woman should not visit the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is sufficient for her to greet him even if she is at the farthest point of the earth, because the greeting of a person to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) reaches him wherever he is.
