If he judges in a state of anger, is his ruling carried out?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If he does so and judges in a state of anger, in which judging is prohibited, is his ruling carried out? There are two opinions among the scholars. Some said that it is carried out if he spoke in accordance with the truth, but if he erred, it is not carried out. However, if he hit the mark, is his ruling carried out or not? Some scholars said it is carried out because he hit the truth, while others said it is not carried out because he issued a ruling in a prohibited manner, so it is rejected due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected. من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد
Sahih Muslim 1718b
The former group responds to this by saying that the prohibition of judging in a state of anger is in the category of blocking the means to harm and the paths to error, so if he hit the mark, that is what is sought. This is the well-known position in the school of Imam Ahmad: if he judges in this state and hits the mark, his ruling is carried out, but in reality, he is in great danger.
