Is there evidence in the hadith "No one has found anything better for two people who love each other than marriage" that permits men to love women?

The questioner : Your Eminence, in a hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) "No one has found anything better for two people who love each other than marriage", is there an argument for those who permit love, meaning between women and men? May Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh : First, this hadith is weak and is not authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). However, from a natural standpoint, if it happens that there is affection between a man and a woman among the people, the greatest thing that prevents fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) and immorality is for him to marry her, because his heart will remain attached to her, and so will hers. And this does happen.
A person may hear about a woman that she has excellent character and knowledge, so he desires to marry her. Likewise, she may hear about this man that he has excellent character, knowledge, and religion, so she desires him.
But communication between the two who love each other is the calamity, and it is the cutting of necks and backs. So it is not permissible in this state for the man to contact the woman, or the woman to contact the man, and say that he desires her, out of fear of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation).
Otherwise, the original principle is that if it happens that the woman's wali (guardian) is informed by the woman that she wants, for example, so-and-so, then he contacts him, as 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) did when he proposed his daughter Hafsah to Abu Bakr and to Uthman. But for the woman to contact the man directly, that is a place of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation).
