What is the difference between a good deed and a rank, and is the rank multiplied by ten times its value?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, what is the difference between a good deed and a rank, and is the rank like the good deed, multiplied by ten times its value?

The Shaykh : Yes, the good deed is in the action, and the rank is in the reward. Allah the Exalted said:
And for all are degrees from what they have done وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَاتٌ مِمَّا عَمِلُوا
[Al-An'am 6:132]
, and He said:
Whoever comes [on the Day of Judgement] with a good deed will have ten times the like thereof [to his credit] مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا
[Al-An'am 6:160]
So the good deed is a description of the action, and the rank is a description of the reward.
There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allah has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause وفي الجنة مائة درجة أعدها الله تعالى للمجاهدين في سبيله
Sahih al-Bukhari 7423
.
Now, can you bring two people after today? Bring two, let one be from here and one from here.
