If a trustworthy report reaches us that the People of the Book do not slaughter according to the Islamic method, and another trustworthy report states that they do slaughter according to it, do we prioritize the side of prohibition and not eat it?

The Shaykh : Regarding the food of the People of the Book, if a trustworthy report reaches us that they do not slaughter according to the Islamic method, and another trustworthy report states that they do slaughter according to it, do we prioritize the side of prohibition and not eat it? May Allah reward you with good.
We prioritize the original ruling, which is permissibility, until evidence is established that this specific slaughter was performed in a manner other than the Islamic method.
