Benefits of the Hadith: (… By Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, it is more likely to slip away than a camel from its tether, and the wording of the hadith is from Ibn Barad) and all its narrations.

The Shaykh : Yes, all these hadiths indicate that it is prescribed for a person to review the Qur'an, either as an obligation or as a recommended practice. If one is prone to much forgetfulness, the command is for obligation; if one has a strong memory, the command is for recommendation. The command applies according to the condition of the person addressed. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) swore an oath, and he is the truthful one who does not lie in his oaths, that it is more likely to slip away than a camel from its tether. Just as the owner of a camel, if he tethers it, must keep an eye on it, otherwise it will run away, its tether will come loose and it will flee; so too is the Qur'an. As for the method of review, each person is according to his own capacity. Some people cannot continue reading the Qur'an unless they have a companion with them; one reads, then the other, or the first reads and then the second repeats it, according to the arrangement between them. And some people do not master the Qur'an unless they read it alone. So look at yourself: if you are more active and stronger with a companion, then accompany one of them; if the situation is the opposite, then do the opposite.
It contains evidence for the permissibility of swearing an oath when there is a need for it, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) swore an oath without being asked to do so, but it was due to necessity.
It contains evidence for likening the abstract to the tangible, because likening the abstract to the tangible is closer to understanding. Allah the Exalted said:
And these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge. وَتِلكَ الأَمثالُ نَضرِبُها لِلنّاسِ وَما يَعقِلُها إِلَّا العالِمونَ
[Al-'Ankabut 29:43]
And in the Qur'an there are many examples that bring abstract matters closer through tangible matters. Yes.
