What is the point of the angel's (peace be upon him) saying: “Rejoice in two lights that have been given to you, which no prophet before you was given…,” when the entire Qur'an is light?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. The angel's (peace be upon him) saying:
Rejoice in two lights given to you which have not been given to any prophet before you أبشر بنورين أوتيتهما لم يؤتهما نبي قبلك
Sahih Muslim 806
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was given the Qur'an in its entirety. Are al-Fatihah and the end of Surat al-Baqarah also from the Qur'an?

The Shaykh : This is an addition. This is extra light, otherwise Allah the Exalted said:
And We have revealed to you a clear light وأنزلنا إليك نورا مبينا
But this is light in addition to what is in the Qur'an.
