Ruling on delaying the ghusl for janabah until the dawn

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: Is it permissible to delay the ghusl for janabah until the dawn? And is it permissible for women to delay the ghusl for menstruation and post-natal bleeding until the dawn?

Answer: If a woman sees that her bleeding has stopped before the dawn, she must fast, and there is no harm in her delaying the ghusl until after the dawn, but she may not delay it until the sun rises; rather, she must perform the ghusl and pray before the sun rises. Likewise, a person in a state of janabah may not delay the ghusl until after the sun rises; rather, he must perform the ghusl and pray the Fajr prayer before the sun rises, and the man must hasten to do so in order to catch the Fajr prayer with the congregation.
