The questioner : Shaykh, what is the devotional wisdom for which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) uncovered part of his body so that the rain would touch it?

The Shaykh : This is as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , and if one is newly married to his Lord, it is well known that a lover loves to be connected to the one closest in relationship to his beloved, and the love of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is undoubtedly a means of nearness.
