The Reciter: Chapter on the Permissibility of a Person in Ihram Stipulating Exit from Ihram Due to an Excuse Such as Illness. Abu Kuraib, Muhammad ibn al-Ala al-Hamdani, narrated to us, saying: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) entered upon Dhabibah bint al-Zubayr and said to her: Do you intend to perform Hajj? She said: By Allah, I do not feel well except that I am ill. He said to her: Perform Hajj and make a stipulation, and say: O Allah, my place of exit is where You stop me. She was the wife of al-Miqdad. دخل رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم على ضباعة بنت الزّبير ، فقال لها : أردت الحجّ ؟ قالت : والله ، ما أجدني إلّا وجعةً ، فقال لها : حجّي واشترطي ، وقولي اللهمّ ، محلّي حيث حبستني ، وكانت تحت المقداد
