Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) enter the state of ihram for Hajj first and then for 'Umrah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Hajj in 'Umrah: Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) enter the state of ihram for Hajj first and then enter the state of ihram for 'Umrah second?

The Shaykh : This is what was said, but it was also said that he was commanded to say: "Hajj and 'Umrah" before entering the state of ihram. [He was told to] pray in this blessed valley and say: "An 'Umrah in a Hajj, or an 'Umrah and a Hajj." They said: His saying "pray and say" indicates that this is the declaration of ihram, because the Messenger [of Allah] entered the state of ihram after he prayed.
