If one’s family is in Jeddah, and he performs 'Umrah in the months of Hajj, then performs Hajj, is he considered a mutamatti'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a person who is beyond the miqat boundaries, from Jeddah, goes to Makkah and performs 'Umrah in the months of Hajj, then returns to his family and intends to perform tamattu', is that permissible for him?

The Shaykh : He returned to his family and then performed Hajj as an ifrad. This is ifrad, because if a mutamatti' returns to his country and then performs Hajj as an ifrad in a separate journey, he becomes an ifrad.
This was the case, O 'Abd Allah, in the context: it says: “He used to prohibit mut'ah or 'Umrah.”
