The reciter: Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us, and Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us. And Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Numayr narrated to us, and Isma'il narrated to us. And Suwayd ibn Sa'id narrated to us, and Ma'mar ibn Sulayman narrated to us. Both of them narrated from Ayyub, from Ibn Abi Mulaikah, from 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr, from 'A'ishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said. And Suwayd and Zuhayr said:
It was narrated from 'Imran bin Husain that: Ya'la said, concerning the one who bit (another), and his front tooth fell out, that the Prophet said: "There is no Diyah for you." (Sahih ) إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: لا تحرم المصة والمصتان

The Shaykh : His statement (peace and blessings be upon him), "One or two sucklings do not establish a milk-kinship," explicitly means that one suckling does not establish a milk-kinship, and two sucklings do not establish a milk-kinship. What about three? They do establish a milk-kinship, but it will come to us, if Allah wills, that five are required. The scholars say that when the explicit wording (manṭūq) and the implied meaning (mafhūm) conflict, the explicit wording is given precedence, because the implied meaning is included in the explicit wording, but not vice versa. For example, "One or two sucklings do not establish a milk-kinship," yes, they do not establish a milk-kinship, because only five establish a milk-kinship. But this does not mean that anything more than that establishes a milk-kinship. It has been specified that the prohibition is established by five sucklings, yes.
