Explanation of the author's statement: "The fourth: that the hadith indicates that the One who descends says: 'Whoever calls upon Me, I will respond to him; whoever asks Me, I will give to him'"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"The fourth point is that the hadith indicates that the One who descends says:
Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him? من يدعوني فأستجيب له من يسألني فأعطيه من يستغفرني فأغفر له
Sahih al-Bukhari 1145
No one can say this, and no one can say this except Allah." Can it be that the Command says, "Whoever calls upon Me, I will respond to him," or that Mercy says, "Whoever calls upon Me, I will respond to him," or that an angel says, "Whoever calls upon Me, I will respond to him"? By this, the falsity of this distortion becomes clear, and the correct view is that the One who descends is Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, in reality.
