A hadith about three people who call upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and are not answered

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question from fatwa number ( 19292 )
Q 1: From Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
Three people call upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and are not answered ... and a man who had a debt owed to him by another man, but he did not bear witness against him...ثلاثة يدعون الله عز وجل فلا يستجاب لهم ... ورجل كان له على رجل مال فلم يُشهِد عليه..
It was narrated by al-Hakim in his *Mustadrak*, and it is in *Sahih al-Jami'*. What is the jurisprudence of this portion of the hadith?

A 1: This hadith is not validly traced to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and its text is denounced, as the Hafith al-Dhahabi (may Allah have mercy on him) explicitly stated. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
