Explanation of the author's statement: "He looks at you, despondent and despairing" (Mentioning the completion of the hadith)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says:
He looks at you, despondent and despairing ينظر إليكم أزلين قنطين
The point of the evidence is his statement
He looks ينظر
and the looking is with the eye. This is a part of a hadith in which the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Our Lord is amazed at the despair of His servants and the nearness of His relief. He looks at you, despondent and despairing, and He continues to laugh, knowing that your relief is near عجب ربنا من قنوط عباده وقرب غيره ينظر إليكم أزلين قنطين فيظل يضحك يعلم أن فرجه قريب
He said: "He looks at you, despondent, meaning in a state of severe distress, and despairing, meaning hopeless of its relief. He continues to laugh, knowing that your relief is near. For whoever knows Allah (Mighty and Majestic) does not despair or lose hope in His mercy (Blessed and Exalted is He), as Ibrahim said:
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" قال ومن يقنط من رحمة ربه إلا الضالون
[Al-Hijr 15:56]
The lost ones are those who do not know the status of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Otherwise, whoever knows the status of Allah cannot possibly despair.
