Explanation of the author's statement: "And the interpretation for which no one is excused for ignorance is the interpretation of the verses with which one is obligated in belief

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And the interpretation for which no one is excused for ignorance is the interpretation of the verses with which one is obligated in belief or in action".
Everything with which we are obligated in belief or in action, we have no excuse for being ignorant of it; it is obligatory for us to know it. For example: knowing Allah by His names and attributes, are we obligated in this by action or by belief? By belief. Likewise, knowing the Last Day and what is in it, this is by belief.
Purification is action, prayer is action, zakah is action, fasting is action, Hajj is action. So whatever is obligatory for the one obligated to believe or to do, he is not excused for ignorance of it, because it is obligatory for him to learn it so that he builds his creed on sound foundations, and likewise his actions.
