Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: "And of this is: what is such that each of the two statements is in the meaning of the other's statement".

The Shaykh : ... from a difference.
The reader: Diversity.

The Shaykh : Diversity, yes.
The reader: "But the two expressions are different, just as many people may differ in the wording of definitions, the formulations of evidence, the expression of named things, the classification of rulings, and so on. Then ignorance or injustice leads to praising one of the two opinions and disparaging the other".

The Shaykh : Correct, this is also from the difference of diversity that does not necessitate that hearts differ in definitions, for example. Definitions of boundaries, meaning, what is prayer? What is ritual purity? And the like. They differ in the formulations of evidence, in the formulations. Is the formulation of command, for example, the present tense? Yes. The imperative verb is what indicates a request, before the nūn of emphasis or what? Is the prohibition the present tense accompanied by the negating lām? And the like. All of this is easy; people should not differ in it. The classification of rulings, for example, a person makes classifications that were not the work of those before him, and you find he hates him. Why do you classify? What makes you do this? For example, the conditions in prayer are nine, its pillars are fourteen. Why do you classify this? Who makes you do this? Then he says this is an innovator and builds upon his being an innovator that what? That he dislikes him and warns against him, even though these are issues that do not necessitate difference, yes.
