If a wife seeks refuge in Allah from her husband, do we tell him to divorce her?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a wife says to her husband, "I seek refuge in Allah from you," do we tell him to divorce her?

The Shaykh : The problem is that every woman gets upset with her husband over the slightest thing and says, "I seek refuge in Allah from you," or, for example, if she does not want to fulfill his desire, she says, "I seek refuge in Allah from you." This is not required; this is not required, meaning, if she seeks refuge!
It passed us a little while ago that if she seeks refuge in Allah to escape from an obligation that is incumbent upon her, it is not permissible to grant her refuge, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) relinquished his right and left her.
