Does not the ruling revolve with its cause, so that a domesticated animal that becomes wild?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah forgive you, the ruling revolves with its cause in both existence and absence, Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : If a wild animal becomes domesticated, is it not permissible here, O Shaykh, according to the rule?

The Shaykh : It is not valid, because its original status is established. Its original status is established, and for this reason the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whatever becomes wild from them, meaning from domesticated animals, do with it thus,” and he did not say, “Whatever becomes wild from them has become wild.”
