If the mu'adhdhin is delayed in the adhan, should he use a loudspeaker when he calls?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: If the mu'adhdhin calls after the time has passed by a quarter of an hour.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Is it permissible for him to call using a loudspeaker, or...

The Shaykh : It appears that if he is delayed in the adhan, he should call using a loudspeaker, especially if there are no other mu'adhdhins in the neighborhood, because the people will be waiting for his call. A quarter of an hour or ten minutes means the time will not be missed; the people will not think that he is delayed. I think he should call using a loudspeaker. There is also a second benefit: in the future, what will happen? He will not be delayed. Allahu Akbar.
