Benefits of the Hadith: (When the prayer time arrives, let one of you call the adhan for you)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In this hadith, there are benefits: First, that the adhan is not valid before the time enters. From where is this taken?
When the prayer time arrives إذا حضرت الصلاة
Yes, and it is not possible for the time to arrive before it enters. Among the benefits of this hadith is the importance of prayer, for which the call was made obligatory.
Among the benefits of the hadith is the obligation of the adhan, based on his saying:
let one of you call the adhanفليؤذن
The lam indicates command, and the default ruling for commands in acts of worship is obligation. Among the benefits of this hadith is that the mu'adhdhin must be heard by those for whom he is calling, such that he raises his voice until those for whom he is calling hear him. If he calls in a distant direction and they are present—let us suppose he is in the desert and one of them goes for a walk, and when the time arrives he calls in a place where none of his people are around him, and then he comes to them—is this adhan sufficient? Answer: No, because he did not call for them. It is necessary that those for whom he is calling hear him. Among the benefits of this hadith is that the adhan is a collective obligation, based on his saying:
one of you أحدكم
And it is so; it is not an individual obligation. Among the benefits of this hadith is that responding to the mu'adhdhin is not obligatory, meaning that following the mu'adhdhin in the adhan is not obligatory. If a person follows him and says what is recommended after the following, he is doing well. If he does not follow him, he owes nothing. The indication is that he did not command the others to follow, even though the situation required clarifying that if this were obligatory, these were people who had come as guests, learned the rulings of Islam up close, and returned to their families. This is the correct opinion, and it is the position of the majority of scholars. The people of the Zahiri school (may Allah have mercy on them) held that responding to the mu'adhdhin is obligatory, and they took the command
When you hear the Mu'adhdhin then say what he says إذا سمعتم المؤذن فقولوا مثل ما يقول
Sunan an-Nasa'i 678Sahih (Darussalam)
But the correct opinion is with the majority, and that responding to the mu'adhdhin in his adhan is what? A recommended practice. A person does not sin by leaving it. Here, it was not specified who is more deserving, unlike the imamate, where it was specified who is more deserving. It is said: The more deserving is the one who knows the time best, is most trustworthy, and has the clearest voice. This is at the beginning of appointing the mu'adhdhin. We choose from among those who possess these qualities, and that is what? The one who knows the time best, is most trustworthy, and has the clearest voice. Among the benefits of the hadith is that the adhan is not valid except from one person, based on his saying:
one of you أحدكم
So if one starts the adhan and when he reaches "Hayya 'ala al-salah" another one completes it, is the adhan what? Not valid, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said in the hadith:
let one of you call the adhan for you فليؤذن لكم أحدكم

If someone says: What if one starts the adhan and then something prevents him from completing it, such as fainting or something similar, and another one completes it? It is not valid. So what is done? It is easy: he repeats the adhan from the beginning. Then he mentioned the hadith of Jabir. Yes.
The student: ... from the public treasury, there is nothing wrong with it.
