On the mention of the story of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman in the Battle of the Trench

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And the story of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) on that difficult night, when the winds blew, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked his companions to volunteer, one of them, and he guaranteed that he would return safely and that he would be a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Paradise, meaning he guaranteed two things: safety and being a companion of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in Paradise. But the Companions were with them great fatigue, severe hunger, and severe cold, so no one stood up. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) went to pray until the middle of the night had passed, then he returned and said this statement again, but no one stood up. Then he returned to pray, then he returned and said this statement, but no one stood up. So he specified Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him). He said:
Rise, O Hudhayfah قم يا حذيفة
He says: "When I was mentioned, I had no choice but to obey Allah and His Messenger". He stood up (may Allah be pleased with him), and the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed him to go to the people to look into their news and not to reveal anything ever. He says: When I turned away from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), I walked as if I were in a bath, not feeling this wind or the cold, until I reached the people. I kept watching Abu Sufyan, because he was the chief of Quraysh. I watched him warming himself by the fire due to the intensity of the cold, and he was giving permission to depart, ordering them to leave, saying, "We have no station here." He placed an arrow in his bow, intending to shoot it, because he was close to him, but he (may Allah be pleased with him) remembered the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Do not reveal anything لا تحدث شيئاً
So he refrained. He says: Then Abu Sufyan said: "Let each one of you look at his companion". He feared spies and watchers, so I held the leg of a man next to me and said: "Who are you?". I started with this before he asked. He said: "I am so-and-so, son of so-and-so". The important thing is that he took the news, then he returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as if he were in a bath, no cold or chill. But when he reached the Messenger and settled, he felt the cold. When he felt the cold, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) placed a garment that was with him over him to warm him, and he slept, while the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying and performing the night prayer. He says: When the dawn broke, he woke me up and said:
O Numan, get up, O Numan يا نومان قم يا نومان
