The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “And whoever of you submits to Allah and His Messenger and does good, We will give her her reward twice, and We have prepared for her a generous provision.”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Then Allah the Exalted said:
And whoever of you devoutly obeys Allah and His Messenger and does righteousness - We will give her her reward twice; and We have prepared for her a noble provision.
[Al-Ahzab 33:31]
From this noble verse, a great distinction for the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is derived, in that when a woman did a good deed and obeyed Allah and His Messenger, Allah gave her her reward twice.
From it is also derived the justice of Allah the Exalted and the perfection of His justice, for just as the punishment was doubled for her, the reward and recompense were doubled for her. For this reason, He said:
for her the punishment would be doubled يُضَاعَفْ لَهَا الْعَذَابُ
[Al-Ahzab 33:30]
... His saying:
We will give her her reward twice نُؤْتِهَا أَجْرَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ
[Al-Ahzab 33:31]
.
Among its benefits is also that Allah prepared for these believing women, the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), a generous reward, meaning a great, beautiful, and good reward:
We will give her her reward twice; and We have prepared for her a noble provision. نُؤْتِهَا أَجْرَهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهَا رِزْقًا كَرِيمًا
[Al-Ahzab 33:31]
.
As for the discussion of the noble verse, we also begin with it, continuing with you in these lessons:
O Prophet, say to your wives, "If you should يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِأَزْوَاجِكَ إِنْ كُنْتُنَّ
[Al-Ahzab 33:28]
Where is the quoted speech in His saying:
Say to your wives قل لأزواجك
?
