Continuation of the benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “He said, ‘Are you among those who believe? When we have died and become dust and bones, are we then to be recompensed?’”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. He said, Allah the Exalted said:
(51) A speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth] (52) Who would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe (53) That when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed?'" قال قائل منهم أني كان لي قرين يقول أإنك لمن المصدقين أئذا متنا وكنا ترابا وعظاما أإنا لمدينون
[As-Saffat 37:51-53]

We have previously mentioned among the benefits of this verse that the people of evil bring forth doubts to mislead the servants of Allah the Exalted without knowledge, because this evil companion raised a doubt with his companion, which is how that which was dust and bones can be resurrected.
And among the benefits of this noble verse is the affirmation of recompense, due to His saying:
Are we then to be recompensed? أإنا لمدينون
meaning that we will be recompensed and held accountable, as has been mentioned.
