The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((Then they will surely eat from it, filling their bellies with it * Then they will surely have a mixture of boiling water over it * Then their return will surely be to the Blazing Fire))

Then He, Mighty and Majestic, said: [As-Saffat 37:66]
Among its benefits is the affirmation that they will eat from it, by way of emphasis, due to His saying:[As-Saffat 37:66]
And among its benefits is that it is recommended to emphasize a remote possibility before the addressee in order to reassure him and make him accept it. Is that not so? Therefore, the scholars of rhetoric said that the addressee has three states: initial reception, doubt, and denial. In the case of initial reception, it is not appropriate to emphasize the news for him; rather, you should convey it to him without emphasis, because if you emphasize it without a reason for emphasis, he may become doubtful and say, "If this man were not a liar, he would not have emphasized the news without a reason." Eloquence lies in conveying it to him stripped of emphasis. For example, if you want to inform someone of Zayd's arrival, you say, "Zayd has arrived," if you are addressing a man in a state of initial reception who has no doubt about his arrival and no denial. The second state is when the addressee has doubt about the matter. In this case, it is appropriate to emphasize, but it is not obligatory. For this man whom you fear may be doubting Zayd's arrival because he considers it unlikely, it is appropriate when you inform him that he is coming to emphasize it for him, so you say, "Indeed, Zayd has arrived" or "Zayd is indeed here." When is this? With doubt, you emphasize with an emphatic marker by way of recommendation.
The third state is when he is denying it. In this case, it is obligatory to emphasize the news for him so that the denial is removed from him and he is reassured by the meaning of the news. This is like when you are addressing a person who denies that so-and-so has arrived in the country, and you say to him, "Indeed, he has arrived." And if you see that he needs more, you say, "By Allah, indeed he has arrived." And if you fear that he will not be convinced, some of the common people say, "May divorce be upon me, he has arrived." Yes, because many people believe in swearing by divorce more than they believe in swearing by Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Now, it remains to be said that this is based on the state of the addressee, meaning that it is appropriate to emphasize the news, or strip it of emphasis, or that it is obligatory to emphasize it, based on the state of the addressee. The emphasis or lack thereof may be based on the state of the meaning of the news. If the meaning is a matter of importance, it is emphasized even if you are addressing someone who does not deny it. For example, His saying, the Exalted:[Al-Qiyamah 75:1-2] and the like of what Allah swore by regarding the Resurrection, while He is addressing the believers. Here we say that the emphasis of this news, despite the addressee's acceptance of it, is intended to clarify its importance and that it is a matter that must be firmly established in the heart of a person, that it must be fixed and rooted therein. It is clear. The scholars of knowledge said—and we are studying rhetoric in order to recall what has passed—some of them said, "The one who accepts may be treated as the one who denies because of his action, which is the action of the denier." For example: [Al-Mu'minun 23:15-16] Is death a matter of hesitation or denial? No, no one among people hesitates about it or denies it. So why is it emphasized? Because the state of the addressee may be the state of the denier due to his lack of preparation for death, so he is as if he is denying it, and thus the news is emphasized for him. Now, here [As-Saffat 37:66] we say here that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, emphasized that they will eat, because the context is one of considering the eating unlikely. A person may consider it unlikely that these people will eat from this tree that grows at the root of the Blazing Fire, and its fruit is like the heads of devils. So Allah emphasized that with the letter "lam" and the emphatic particle, and He also used the nominal sentence indicating the continuity of their eating.
Now, among the benefits of this noble verse is that Allah punishes the people of the Fire in their eating from this tree by the fact that they do not get full, due to His saying: So they do not eat from it only to the extent of necessity, as the one in dire necessity eats carrion to the extent of necessity. But they eat in a way that fills their bellies, and whenever their bellies become empty a little, they eat.
And among the benefits of the noble verse is also that when these people eat from this tree, may Allah protect us, they become thirsty and seek water, seeking it with the seeking of one in dire necessity, as evidenced by His saying:[Al-Kahf 18:29] So they become very thirsty and ask with the asking of one in dire necessity, calling out to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. And when they are given aid, they are given aid with water like molten metal that scorches the faces, may Allah protect us. And for this reason He said: [As-Saffat 37:67] meaning that along with this ugly, repulsive eating, they are afflicted with a love for it, they drink over it of the boiling water that is mixed with it. And it has been mentioned to us previously that this boiling water cuts their intestines.
And among the benefits of His saying:[As-Saffat 37:68] is that these people in the Fire, whenever they wish to go out from it, are returned to it. And in this is an increase in their punishment. How is that? Because when a person is opened a door of hope and expectation, and then he returns to disappointment, that becomes more difficult and harder for him than if he had continued in his disappointment. So in this is an increase in their punishment.
الجحيم
And among its benefits is also that these people will never taste any comfort, because their return and their end is to the Blazing Fire, so it is not possible for them to go out from it. We ask Allah for safety for us and for you.
And indeed, they will eat from it and fill with it their bellies.
فإنهم لآكلون منها فمالئون منها البطونAmong its benefits is the affirmation that they will eat from it, by way of emphasis, due to His saying:

(1) I swear by the Day of Resurrection (2) And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection].
لا أقسم بيوم القيامة ولا أقسم بالنفس اللوامة(15) Then indeed, after that you are to die. (16) Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.
