Is the statement of Allah the Exalted: “Have We not expanded for you your chest?” general for everyone who has guided himself to Islam?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, we divided the address in the statement of Allah the Exalted:
Say to those who disbelieve قل للذين كفروا
[Ali 'Imran 3:12]
into three categories. Then we said it is a specific address to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and we cited as an example the statement of Allah the Exalted:
Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? ألم نشرح لك صدرك
[Ash-Sharh 94:1]
“Have We not expanded for you your chest?” Is this general for everyone, such that if he is guided, his chest is expanded for Islam?

The Shaykh : No, no, no, because Islam here is for confirmation.
And We removed from you your burden ووضعنا عنك وزرك
[Ash-Sharh 94:2]
And raised high for you your repute. ورفعنا لك ذكرك
[Ash-Sharh 94:4]
This is specific to the Messenger.
