The Benefits of the Verse: ((Say, “Shall I inform you of something better than that? For those who fear Allah are gardens with their Lord, through which rivers flow, in which they will abide forever...”))

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Allah the Exalted said:
Say, "Shall I inform you of [something] better than that? قل أؤنبئكم بخير من ذلكم ...
[Ali 'Imran 3:15]
to the end of it. Among the benefits of this verse is the importance of this news, and that is from two aspects: first, it is introduced with the word “Say,” and second, it comes in the form of a question indicating anticipation. As for the first, we have said that anything Allah introduces with “Say” is a command to convey it specifically, and this indicates care for it; otherwise, the entire Qur'an commands the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to say it to the Ummah. Among the benefits of this noble verse is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is a servant who is commanded and prohibited, as Allah the Exalted said:
Say: Shall I inform you قل أؤنبئكم
He has no right to lordship at all; he does not give life, nor cause death, nor provide sustenance, nor ward off harm from himself or from others, nor does he know the unseen.
