Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: <<

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And the fifth is that the curse of Allah be upon him.
In my view, this is in the accusative case. What is the first thing that would be omitted here? Where did it come from? ...And the fifth is in the genitive case, not four in the accusative.
The student: ...Its estimation is the testimony of four.
The Shaykh: Its estimation is the testimony of four.
The student: ...
The Shaykh: ...Now,
And the fifth [oath will be] that the curse of Allah be upon him if he should be among the liars.
[An-Nur 24:7]
the fifth is the subject, and "that the curse of Allah" is its predicate, and its object is a verbal noun. And his saying
The curse of Allah.
the curse is the expulsion and distancing from the mercy of Allah. And his saying:
if he should be among the liars.
[An-Nur 24:7]
this is a condition in the curse upon himself, meaning if he is a liar, then the curse of Allah is upon him, meaning if he is truthful, then there is no curse. And his saying
if he should be among the liars.
[An-Nur 24:7]
by what? By what he accused his wife of, namely zina. For he is characterized by the curse of Allah, which is expulsion and distancing. The appropriateness of mentioning the curse is that it is in contrast to his lie, because in reality his speech includes distancing his wife and accusing her of what she is innocent of. Therefore, the mention of the curse came, unlike the woman, for she comes with another matter, as we will mention, if Allah wills.
