The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: <<

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And that which she was worshipping other than Allah had averted her [from submission to Him]. Indeed, she was from a disbelieving people." وَصَدَّهَا مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
[Surah al-Naml: 43].
It is derived from this phrase that a person must keep himself occupied, or else... the soul must be occupied either with what is right or with what is wrong. This woman occupied herself with falsehood instead of truth. It has been said among the wisdoms: If you do not occupy yourself with the truth, it will occupy you with falsehood. It is also said: Time is like a sword; if you do not cut it, it will cut you. This is correct, and in the authentic hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Every one of you is a harith (ploughman), and every one of you is a hamam (determined person).
So a person must be determined and work, but either with good or otherwise,

[Surah al-Naml: 43].

[Surah al-Naml: 43] These people influenced her, so she became a disbeliever who worships others alongside Allah.
In it is a warning against the company of the wicked, due to His saying:
Indeed, she was from a disbelieving people." إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مِنْ قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
[Surah al-Naml: 43] Even if they are your relatives, you should not keep their company. If they have a right over you by virtue of kinship, give them their right, but do not mix with them or keep their company, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, in what is narrated from him, and it is a good hadith:
A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let one of you look at whom he associates with.
Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 33:79
This is a reality that history, both past and present, bears witness to. Yes, O ...
