The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: << . . . . . . . . . . . >

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Then He said:
But when Moses came to them with Our signs as clear evidences, they said, "This is not except invented magic, and we have not heard of this [religion] among our forefathers."
[Surah al-Qasas: 36]. From this, it is derived that Musa (peace and blessings be upon him) carried out what Allah sent him with.
Among its benefits is also that the signs with which Allah sends the prophets are clear and evident, so that those who are called to the truth do not have an excuse in the obscurity of the proof. Thus, Allah makes the signs clear and evident. In the authentic hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
There is no messenger except that Allah gave him what humans would believe in its like.
Therefore, the signs with which the messengers are sent must be clear and evident so that no excuse remains for people.
Another benefit of the verse is that the signs Allah gave to Musa were not one or two, but rather multiple signs, the like of which humans would believe in. However, these were a stubborn people, may Allah protect us from them.
Another point is that the claim of those who deny the messengers is nothing but a type of stubbornness. For their saying:
We have not heard of this among our forefathers.
[Al-Mu'minun 23:24]
Does this necessitate rejecting the truth or not? No, it does not necessitate rejecting it if you have not heard it, but if it is true, then accept it. It does not mean that... to the saying of Allah, this is what is in its meaning.
Another benefit is that the enemies of the messengers label the messengers with bad names and defects. As He said:
What is this but invented sorcery?
What the enemies of the messengers have is nothing but that they label them with names: this one is a sorcerer, this one is a madman, this one is a poet, and the like of that. So we also derive a branch of benefit from this: the enemies of the messengers will label those who call to the call of the messengers with such names. They will say: they are reactionaries, backward, extremists, fanatics, and the like of that. Or perhaps they will say... of this, they say they are misguided.
And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:32]
The important thing is that we must know that this call is the call of the truth, and it has enemies. These are the enemies who faced the messengers with what they faced them with. The messengers are the strongest in leadership, so they will face those who come after them with what they faced them with, or more. So let us reassure ourselves that if we call to Allah in truth and with insight, there will be those before us who will say to us what they said to the messengers.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Yes, indeed, our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy on us...
And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:32]
The important thing is that as long as the call is one, its enemy is one, and what was said to the first will be said to the second.
Among the benefits of the verse is that a person should not be deterred from speaking the truth by its rejection or by how it is described... Because did Musa stop when they said to him...? No, he continued in the call, and with it the proof was established, even though he was threatened with imprisonment, but he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not care about it.
Likewise, the caller to Allah should be patient as long as he knows that he is upon the truth.
Then Allah the Exalted said in...
And said وقال
with the waw and without it. These are two canonical readings, meaning it is permissible to say:
Musa said: "My Lord knows best"
and it is permissible to say:
And said وقال
This is one of the very rare readings, because the known fact is that the mass-transmitted readings do not involve changing a word by addition or subtraction. And I think we have guided you before to two verses in the recitation.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : And whatever agrees with a grammatical aspect * and the script had a possibility that it contains * and it is authentic by transmission, then it is the Qur'an * These are the three pillars now.
And the script had a possibility that it contains
Does the possibility contain it here? No, because there is an addition... this... Also, I mention now in Surat al-Baqarah:
Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. (116) They say, "Allah has taken a son." Exalted is He!
[Al-Baqarah 2:115-116]
In it, there are two readings:
And they said: "Allah has taken a son"
They said: "Allah has taken a son"
And likewise the letter... in Surat al-Ma'idah with the waw and without it, but this is considered one of the rare things...
The student: ...

The Shaykh : And whatever agrees with a grammatical aspect * and the script had a possibility that it contains * and it is authentic by transmission, then it is the Qur'an * These are the three pillars, yes, their meaning is that they are canonical.
