What is the stronger position regarding how to greet the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at his grave?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah bless you. I am confused by the statement of the Shaykh al-Islam regarding the issue of the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) grave, where he mentioned that some of the Salaf would come to the grave... and some of the Salaf and some of the Companions... and some of the Salaf would come and make du'a, while some would come, not make du'a, and leave. What is the stronger position in this matter?

The Shaykh : The stronger position is that one comes and greets the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) with the greeting he prescribed for his Ummah: "Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings," "Peace be upon you, O Successor of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah be pleased with you)," and "Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful, 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with you)," and then he leaves. It is also correct that one does not make du'a at the grave, whether facing the qiblah or facing the grave. Yes.
He has raised his hand since that time.
