What is the ruling on raising one's voice at the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you,
Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of Allah - they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for righteousness
[Al-Hujurat 49:3]
do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet
[Al-Hujurat 49:2]
Is this etiquette, O Shaykh, still in effect after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : Is this etiquette
do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet
[Al-Hujurat 49:2]
still in effect?

The Shaykh : As you have learned from the words of Malik (may Allah have mercy on him),
And the Commander of the Faithful, 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), heard two men raising their voices at the grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he inquired about them. They said, "They are from the people of Ta'if." He said, "If you had been from this place, meaning from Madinah, I would have beaten you severely."
or words to that effect.
There is no doubt that lowering one's voice there is a form of respecting the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
