Our Creed: Faith in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Last Day, and the Divine Decree, its good and its evil.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"Our Creed is faith in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Last Day, and the Divine Decree, its good and its evil" This is a summary of the creed in general. For this reason, the Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned it in *al-'Aqidah al-Wasitiyyah* and based his book on it. This is a summarized creed: faith in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Last Day, and the Divine Decree, its good and its evil. The evidence for this is the hadith of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), where Jibril came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said
Tell me about Islam أخبرني عن الإسلام
He informed him, then he said
Tell me about faith أخبرني عن الإيمان
He said
To believe in Allah, His Angels, His, Books, His Messengers, the Day of Judgement, and Al-Qadar, the good of it and the bad of it. أن تؤمن بالله وملائكته وكتبه ورسله واليوم الآخر والقدر خيره وشره
