Is blaming oneself for misfortunes considered objecting to the divine decree?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some sinners say.
Another questioner: May Allah reward you. If a misfortune happens in the house, the father comes and inquires, and perhaps reprimands his family... Is this considered distress at the divine decree and destiny, or is it a natural matter?

The Shaykh : By Allah, this depends on what is in his heart. If his intention is to guide his family, in case there is a cause that leads to this misfortune, so that they do such and such, then it is good. For example, if the misfortune was the burning of the house due to not turning off the light, and he said, "Why did you not turn off the light? If you had turned off the light, this would not have happened." Or if the appliance that runs on electric power burned out due to being on for a long time, and he said to his family, "If you had cut the power to it, it would not have burned out," guiding them. There is nothing wrong with this. Yes.
