The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “But as for ‘Aad, they were arrogant in the land without right and said, ‘Who is stronger than us in power?’ Did they not see that Allah, who created them, is stronger than they in power, and they used to deny Our signs. So We sent upon them a violent wind in days of misery, to make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the life of this world, and the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgraceful, and they will not be helped.”

Among the benefits of these verses is the clarification of the magnitude of the arrogance of these disbelievers in their prophet, namely ‘Aad, due to His saying: [Fussilat 41:15].
Among them is the clarification of the transgression of man, and that there is no limit to the transgression of man, because his reaching this degree indicates great transgression and arrogance.
Among them is the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in taking them with punishment, where they were taken by what is the gentlest of things, which is the gentle wind that causes the body to be refreshed, strengthened, and energized; it is by this that ‘Aad was destroyed, because they said:[Fussilat 41:15]. And look at Pharaoh when he said: [Az-Zukhruf 43:51-52]; with what was he punished? With the water of which he used to boast yesterday.
Among the benefits of this noble verse is the eloquence of the Qur'an in persuasion and establishing the proof, due to His saying:[Fussilat 41:15]. The point of that is that He said: .
Among the benefits of the noble verse is the permissibility of making a comparison between the Creator and the created, due to His saying:[Ar-Rum 30:9], even though He (Glorified and Exalted is He) is stronger than everyone, but the context is one of argumentation, and in the context of argumentation, there is no harm in mentioning the comparison between the one who is preferred and the one who is preferred over.
