Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with ‘Ad”]

Allah the Exalted said:
(6) Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad - (7) [With] Iram - who had lofty pillars,
[Al-Fajr: 6-7] The address here is to everyone to whom this denial is directed, and that is all of mankind,And the jinn as well: “Have you not seen” O addressee:
how your Lord dealt with 'Aad - (7) [With] Iram - who had lofty pillars,كيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ * إِرَمَ ذَاتِ الْعِمَادِ
[Al-Fajr 89:6-7]
meaning: what did He do to them.
And “‘Ad” is a known tribe in the southern part of the Arabian Peninsula. Allah the Exalted sent Hud (peace be upon him) to them, and he conveyed the message to them,But they transgressed and were arrogant and said: Who is stronger than us in power?Allah the Exalted said:
Did they not consider that Allah who created them was greater than them in strength? But they were rejecting Our signs.
[Fussilat: 15] They boasted of their strength, but Allah made it clear that they were weak in the face of the power of Allah,And for this he said:
Did they not consider that Allah who created themأَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَهُمْ
[Fussilat 41:15]
And He did not say: that Allah is stronger than them in power,Rather He said:
who created themالَّذِي خَلَقَهُمْ
but to make clear their weakness and that (Exalted and Majestic is He) is stronger than them;Because the Creator is stronger than the created:
that Allah who created them was greater than them in strength? But they were rejecting Our signs. (16) So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune to make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the worldly life; but the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgracing, and they will not be helped.
[Fussilat: 15-16] .

Here it says:
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad -
[Al-Fajr 89:6]
What He did to them was that He sent upon them the barren wind:
Which Allah imposed upon them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so you would see the people therein fallen as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees.
[Al-Haqqah: 7]
And they became so that nothing was seen [of them] except their dwellings
[Al-Hijr: 25] And this interrogative by which Allah drew attention to what He did to these people is intended for taking a lesson,Meaning: Take a lesson, O you who deny the Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), by these people, how they were made to taste this punishment,And Allah the Exalted said:
And Allah 's punishment is not from the wrongdoers [very] far.
[Hud: 83] .
