Discussion of the saying of Allah the Exalted: “He has prescribed for you of the religion what He enjoined upon Noah and what We revealed to you and what We enjoined upon Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: that you establish religion and do not divide in it. It is great for the polytheists what you call them to. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back.”

The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah شرع لكم من الدين ما وصى به نوحا
[Ash-Shuraa 42:13]

[Al-Ahzab 33:7]

to establish the religion أن أقيموا الدين

The student: Because he believes and has faith in what he is upon.
