The meaning of the saying of the Exalted: "What He enjoined upon Noah"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you
[Ash-Shuraa 42:13]
Noah is the first of the messengers; the first messenger Allah sent to the people of the earth is Noah. The evidence for this is the saying of the Exalted:
Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him
[An-Nisa 4:163]
and the saying of the Exalted:
And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture
[Al-Hadid 57:26]
and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture
[Al-Hadid 57:26]
And from the Sunnah is what came in the hadith of intercession, where the people are overcome by grief and distress they cannot bear, so they go to Adam and ask him to seek intercession with Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to relieve them from this great standing. He excuses himself, excusing himself by saying that he ate from the tree, and he had been forbidden to eat from it.
Then they come to Noah and say to him, "You are the first messenger Allah sent to the people of the earth"
And this is the point
You are the first messenger Allah sent to the people of the earth
So Noah is the first of the messengers.
