Passing in front of the one praying in the Friday prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: What is the ruling on the one who cuts off the prayer of the one who is praying, and walks in front of the one who is performing voluntary prayer in the Friday prayer due to the crowding of people?

A: It is not permissible for the one entering to cut off the prayer of anyone; rather, he should seek out paths where there is no passing in front of the one praying. If he is compelled to do so and finds no path, we hope that Allah will forgive him, but he must seek out a way. For this reason, passing in front of the worshippers in the Sacred Mosque is not forbidden; because it is a place of crowding and inability to prevent the one passing in front of the one praying. If crowding is found in another place such that the one entering is unable to find a way to go to the rows, we hope that Allah will forgive him; for the saying of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) :
while He has explained in detail to you what He has forbidden you, excepting that to which you are compelledوَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِلا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ
[al-An'am: 119].
Therefore, the one praying should be in a place where there is no harm to people, or he should be content with what Allah has made easy of the prayer, two or four rak'ahs, and then sit down if the path is in his way.
