Ruling on delaying the ghusl for janabah until after the sun rises in Ramadan

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: If a woman becomes obligated to perform ghusl at night during the nights of Ramadan, but she does not perform ghusl until the daytime, what is required of her? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
This requires a detailed explanation: If she delayed the ghusl until the dawn (Fajr) had risen, it does not harm the fast; the fast is valid. She should perform ghusl, and praise be to Allah. If the one who is in a state of ihram had intercourse at night before the dawn, but her ghusl, or the husband's ghusl, was delayed until the dawn had risen, there is no impediment. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would come to his wives at night, and he would become a fasting person in the morning and perform ghusl after the dawn, as Aisha and Umm Salama informed us of this. He would become in a state of janabah from intercourse, then perform ghusl and fast, may Allah's prayers and blessings be upon him.
So delaying the ghusl until after the dawn has risen is a matter with no blame on it, neither for the man nor for the woman, if the intercourse took place at night. However, if the man or the woman delays the ghusl until the sun rises, this is not permissible; because it means delaying the prayer.
So it is obligatory to hasten with the ghusl within the time so that the prayer is performed in its time, and so that the man performs the prayer in its time, and in congregation with his brothers. The fast is valid in all of this; the fast is valid as long as the intercourse took place at night and only the ghusl was delayed.
But upon the woman and the man is the ghusl in its time, and hastening with it so that the prayer is performed in its time before the sun rises, and the man hastens with it so that he performs the prayer in congregation in the mosques of Allah. Yes.

The presenter: And Allah is the Helper, may Allah reward you with good.
