It is not obligatory to make up missed fasts consecutively

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: If a Muslim breaks his fast for two consecutive days in Ramadan due to an excuse, how should he make them up?

Answer: He must make up the missed fasts, even if he does so on separate days; it is not obligatory for him to make them up consecutively in Ramadan, because Allah says:
and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other daysوَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ
[al-Baqarah:185] He did not say “consecutive.” If he breaks his fast for two days, three days, or more, he must make them up, but he is not required to make them up consecutively. If he does make them up consecutively, that is better; if he does not, there is no blame on him.
