Does the Shari'ah address the community of the call with the details of the rulings?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it established from the Lawgiver that He addresses the community of the call regarding these detailed rulings?

The Shaykh : The community of the call.

The questioner : Yes, He addresses them with the detailed rulings.

The Shaykh : And that address is the general message, as in the verse:
And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner
[Saba 34:28]
Then you have the hadith in "Sahih Muslim":
There is no one from this community, whether a Jew or a Christian, who hears of me and then does not believe in me, except that he will enter the Fire
So the term "community" can be used to refer to the community of the call in general, and to the community of response.
