Explanation of the author's statement: And his saying: (And your Lord will come, and the angels, rank after rank) (And the Day the sky will be split open by clouds)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And Allah the Exalted said:
No! When the earth has been leveled - pounded and crushed -
[Al-Fajr 89:21]

Nay!
Here, it is for emphasis, like "alaa."
And his saying:
When the earth has been leveled - pounded and crushed -
[Al-Fajr 89:21]
This is the Day of Resurrection. He emphasized this crushing because of its magnitude, for it crushes the mountains and the valleys, and everything is crushed until it becomes like leather. Leather is skin.
(106) And He will leave the earth a level plain; (107) You will not see therein a depression or an elevation." فَيَذَرُهَا قَاعاً صَفْصَفاً لا تَرَى فِيهَا عِوَجاً وَلا أَمْتاً
[Taha 20:106-107]
He said:
And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank,
[Al-Fajr 89:22]
And your Lord came وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ
Meaning, on the Day of Resurrection, after the earth is crushed and leveled and the people are gathered, Allah the Exalted will come to judge between His servants. But this coming is preceded by the intercession of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
And his saying:
And your Lord has come and the angels
[Al-Fajr 89:22]
The "al" here is for the generic, not for the universal? It is for the universal, meaning every angel. So it means "all," meaning the angels will descend to the earth.
Rank after rank
Meaning, a rank behind a rank, as came in the hadith:
The angels of the lowest heaven will descend and form ranks, and behind them the angels of the second heaven, and behind them the angels of the third heaven
and so on.
And Allah the Exalted said:
And [mention] the Day when the heaven will split open with [emerging] clouds
[Al-Furqan 25:25]
And
Splitting open
is more emphatic than "tanshaqq" because its apparent meaning is splitting, meaning bit by bit. And this cloud will rise like the rising of smoke, emerging bit by bit.
Splitting open by clouds is like what is said: "The earth grows with crops."
